The Owner's
Table

A monthly peer advisory roundtable for women business owners who are ready to grow and tired of figuring it all out alone.

Applications reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.

You've built something real.

You know your business. You make good decisions. You figure things out.

But at some point, figuring things out alone starts to cost you. It costs you time. It costs you clarity. Sometimes it costs you the decision itself, because you've been sitting with it too long without the right input.

You don't need a course. You don't need another framework. You need a trusted room, women who are building at your level, someone to help you think.

That's what The Owner's Table is.

"Here's what I've noticed. Women business owners already have the answers. What they're missing is a trusted room to think them through."

The cost of waiting is easy to miss.

Here's the challenge with building alone. It doesn't feel like a crisis. It feels like a Tuesday. You put off the hiring decision one more week. You keep managing around the team structure instead of fixing it. You make the call on pricing, or the partnership, or the pivot, with no one to press on your thinking first.

None of that shows up as a single bad decision. It shows up as a business that grows slower than it should, and a leader who is more tired than she needs to be.

A room changes the timeline. Not because someone hands you the answer, but because a decision talked through on Tuesday doesn't have to wait until you've lived with it for a month.

A room built for the work you're actually doing.

Every month, a small group of women business owners gathers for one focused session. Ten seats. Carefully selected. Facilitated by Amy K. Nunn. The thinking doesn't stop when the call ends.

Part One

A Practical Business Principle

Every session opens with a focused business principle, something directly applicable to where you are right now as an owner. Not theory. Not inspiration. Something you can think about and use immediately.

Part Two

The Roundtable

The room opens. Each member shares what's actually happening in her business: the challenges she's sitting with, the decisions she's working through, the things slowing her down. The room responds. Honestly. Directly. From experience.

Part Three

The Community

Between sessions, members stay connected inside a dedicated online community, facilitated and peer-led. It's where the thinking continues: a question that can't wait a month, a quick gut check, support on the days the roundtable feels far away.

You leave every session with a clearer head, better perspective, and input you couldn't have gotten sitting alone inside your own business.

The right fit matters.

You might be the right fit if...
  • You own and operate your business and most major decisions still land on your desk alone.
  • You're past the early stage. The business works. But scaling it feels harder than building it did.
  • You want honest input from women who are actually building something at a similar level.
  • You're ready to show up consistently, share honestly, and do the work.
This is not for you if...
  • You're looking for a place to vent without accountability.
  • You're not willing to show up consistently each month.
  • You want someone to hand you answers without doing the thinking yourself.
  • You're still in the very early stages of figuring out what your business is.

What happens when the right room shows up.

Real owners. Real results.

Business growth

Michelle

Business Owner

Michelle had built a capable business but was carrying every decision alone. She joined looking for perspective and found something more valuable: a trusted room that challenged her thinking, held her accountable, and helped her see the patterns she could not see from inside her own business. The conversations shifted how she led and how her business was structured around her leadership.

Jennifer

Founder, Professional Services Firm

Jennifer came looking for community but found clarity. Her decision-making shifted from reactive to intentional. Over 18 months, she built a stronger leadership team, created a business structure that supported the life she wanted, and moved from constantly solving problems to leading with confidence. The room gave her the perspective and accountability that accelerated everything else.

The Owner's Table gave me something I didn't realize I was missing: a trusted room of women who understood the weight of leadership. The feedback, perspective, and accountability helped me grow revenue by 40% and build a business that no longer depends on me for every decision.

Michelle
Business Owner

I joined looking for community, but what I found was accountability and strategic clarity. Every session pushed me to think differently about my business and my role as a leader. Instead of reacting to problems, I started making decisions with confidence and intention.

Interested in coaching?

If you're ready for more direct, personalized support alongside the room, ask about working with Amy one-on-one. Coaching clients receive full access to The Owner's Table as part of their engagement.

Let's talk through the real questions.

Every owner considering this asks some version of these three questions. Here's how I'd answer them directly.

On the investment

"Is this worth $100 a month?"

Think about the cost of the decision you're sitting on right now, not the cost of the room. One clearer decision, made a month earlier because you had the right people to think it through with, is usually worth a year of membership on its own. You're not paying for content. You're paying for perspective you can't generate by yourself.

On the commitment

"Twelve months feels like a long commitment."

It is, and that's intentional. Real trust and real accountability take longer than a single session to build. A room that reshuffles every few months never gets past introductions. Twelve months is what it takes for the roundtable to actually know your business.

On fit

"What if the room isn't at my level?"

Every application is reviewed personally by Amy, not filled on a first-come basis. Ten seats, chosen deliberately, so the women across the table are building at a comparable stage and can speak into your business with real relevance.

A few more things to know.

What does the community outside the monthly call look like?

It's a dedicated online community space, separate from the monthly roundtable, that's both facilitated and peer-led. It's where members stay connected between sessions: asking a quick question, getting a gut check on something time-sensitive, or offering support to each other on the days a full month away from the next call feels too far off.

What happens if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded, so a missed month doesn't mean missing the conversation entirely. You'll still want to show up as consistently as you can, since the roundtable works best when the same women are in the room month over month, but a recording is there if life gets in the way.

How is this different from a mastermind I've already tried?

Most masterminds are built around access to a facilitator's content. This is built around the room itself. Amy's job in the session is to keep the roundtable sharp and honest, not to lecture. The value comes from the other women at the table as much as it comes from her.

What happens after I apply?

Amy personally reviews every application, typically within 3 to 5 business days. If there's a fit, you'll receive an invitation to connect and confirm your seat. If the timing isn't right, you'll hear that directly too, rather than being left wondering.

Do I need to already be a coaching client to join?

No. The Owner's Table stands on its own as a paid membership. If you're already working with Amy one-on-one, it's simply included as part of that engagement at no additional cost.

What if I'm not sure the timing is right?

That's a fair thing to sit with. The application itself isn't a commitment, it's a conversation starter. If you're on the fence, apply anyway and let the conversation with Amy help you decide, rather than trying to answer it alone.
