1. About Next to Nunn

Next to Nunn, LLC (“Next to Nunn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a leadership consulting and executive coaching firm founded by Amy K. Nunn. Next to Nunn is based in Warrenton, Missouri, and serves clients throughout the United States. Questions about these Terms can be directed to amy@nexttonunn.com.

2. Eligibility

This Site is intended for business professionals and organizational leaders. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a product or service, subscribe to the newsletter, or submit information through this Site.

3. Use of This Site

You may use this Site for personal and professional informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission
• Use this Site for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from this Site
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting Next to Nunn

Next to Nunn reserves the right to refuse service or restrict access to this Site, including access to a purchased digital product, at any time and for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, assessments, frameworks (including the Next to Nunn Diagnostic Method™), graphics, logos, podcast episodes, newsletter issues, and ebook content, is the intellectual property of Next to Nunn, LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may share links to this Site and reference Site content with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any content from this Site, including digital products, without our express written permission.

5. Coaching and Consulting Services

Coaching and consulting services offered through Next to Nunn are governed by a separate service agreement provided at the time of engagement. These Terms of Use do not constitute a service contract.

Coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, and the practice of medicine. Next to Nunn does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and coaching should not be used as a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please seek support from a licensed professional.

Results from coaching or consulting vary by individual, organization, and circumstances. Next to Nunn does not guarantee specific outcomes from any engagement.

All service inquiries are subject to availability and mutual fit. Next to Nunn reserves the right to decline any engagement.

6. Digital Products and Ebooks

Digital products, including ebooks and online courses, sold through this Site are for personal and professional use only. Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products with others
• Reproduce or publish content from digital products without written permission
• Use digital product content to create derivative works for commercial sale

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered except where a file is defective or undeliverable. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact amy@nexttonunn.com within 7 days of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to contact us first at amy@nexttonunn.com to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Next to Nunn reserves the right to deny a refund request, and to contest a chargeback, where a digital product has already been accessed or downloaded.

7. Assessments

Free assessments offered through this Site are provided for informational and educational purposes. Results are not a substitute for professional coaching, counseling, or organizational consulting.

Paid assessments, including third-party tools such as Everything DiSC® and The Working Genius®, are subject to the terms of those respective providers in addition to these Terms. By requesting a paid assessment through Next to Nunn, you agree to the pricing and process communicated to you at the time of inquiry.

8. Podcast

The Next to Nunn Podcast is hosted by Amy K. Nunn. All episode content is the property of Next to Nunn, LLC. You may listen to and share episodes through official platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

You may not:

• Download, reproduce, or redistribute podcast audio or video without written permission
• Use episode content for commercial purposes without express written consent
• Clip or edit episodes in a way that misrepresents the views of Amy K. Nunn or any guest

Guest appearances on the podcast do not constitute an endorsement of any guest's products, services, or views by Next to Nunn. Guests are responsible for the accuracy of their own statements.

9. Newsletter

The Leadership Friction newsletter is published by Amy K. Nunn on LinkedIn and distributed directly through this Site. If you access or subscribe to the newsletter through LinkedIn, you also agree to LinkedIn's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Newsletter content is the intellectual property of Next to Nunn, LLC. You may share individual issues with proper attribution. You may not reproduce or republish newsletter content in full without written permission.

Affiliate links may appear in the newsletter. Next to Nunn may receive compensation when you use these links. This does not affect the editorial independence of the newsletter.

10. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Disclosures

This Site and associated content may contain affiliate links, including links to Podmatch and other partner services. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Next to Nunn may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations. Next to Nunn only references tools and services that Amy K. Nunn has personally used or evaluated.

Third-party websites and services linked from this Site are governed by their own terms. Next to Nunn is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

11. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Some content on this Site, including newsletter issues, articles, and promotional materials, may be created or assisted with the use of artificial intelligence tools. All published content is reviewed and approved by Amy K. Nunn. Artificial intelligence tools are not used to provide coaching, consulting, or advice directly to clients.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next to Nunn, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, any purchased product, or any service engagement.

Total liability for any claim arising from a product or service purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product or service. Total liability for any claim not connected to a purchase, including a claim arising from free content on this Site, shall not exceed $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

20. Changes to These Terms

Next to Nunn reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site following an update means you accept the revised Terms.

21. General Provisions

Entire Agreement.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Next to Nunn regarding your use of this Site.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

Waiver.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Next to Nunn may assign these Terms in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of its business.

Electronic Communications.

By providing your email address or contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from Next to Nunn, including transactional and marketing communications, consistent with applicable law.

Survival.

The sections addressing Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive any termination of your access to this Site.
