• Job title and organization name, when provided voluntarily
• Assessment responses and results, if you complete a paid assessment such as Everything DiSC® or The Working Genius®
• General usage data, such as pages visited and time spent on the Site, collected through analytics and tracking tools

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver requested resources, guides, or content to your inbox
• Send The Leadership Friction newsletter and related updates if you have opted in
• Respond to inquiries or service requests, including by phone, or by text if you have agreed to receive text messages
• Coordinate and deliver paid assessments through our third-party assessment providers
• Improve our website and services based on usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers and Tools

We work with the following types of third-party providers to run our Site and communications. Each maintains its own privacy practices, which govern the information they process on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM), email, text messaging, and scheduling platform, used to manage contact records, newsletter delivery, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our Site
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and content on Facebook and Instagram
• LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, if you submit information through a LinkedIn form connected to Next to Nunn. Information submitted this way is collected through LinkedIn's platform and shared with us in accordance with LinkedIn's Privacy Policy
• Everything DiSC® and The Working Genius®, if you complete a paid assessment through Next to Nunn. Your responses and results are processed on the respective provider's platform, in addition to being processed by us

We use each of these tools solely to operate, improve, and market Next to Nunn. We do not permit these providers to use your information for their own independent purposes beyond what is described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our Site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even though we do not sell information for cash. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, and you may contact us at info@nexttonunn.com or (636) 757-1810 to request that we limit this type of tracking for you.

5. Email Communications

When you download a resource or subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive email from Next to Nunn. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Text messages are covered in Section 6. We use GoHighLevel, or a successor platform, to manage our email and text communications.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) – Strategy Call Scheduling

When you schedule a strategy call with Next to Nunn, LLC and agree to receive text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to text you. We use your number only to send appointment-related informational messages about your scheduled call, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Mobile information is processed only by the platforms we use to send messages on our behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in. 7. Coaching and Consulting Engagement Data

If you become a coaching or consulting client, information shared during your engagement, including session notes, assessment results, and organizational information, is governed by the confidentiality terms of your signed service agreement, not solely by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to your general use of the Site and to information collected before an engagement begins.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@nexttonunn.com or (636) 757-1810 so we can remove it.

9. Data Retention and Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respond to your requests, or comply with legal obligations. Your data is stored within GoHighLevel, our CRM, email, and text messaging platform, and within our assessment platforms, each of which maintains its own security standards. We do not store payment information directly.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information from our systems. You may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including through pixel-based advertising tools described above. To opt out, or to make any other request under this section, email info@nexttonunn.com or call (636) 757-1810 with the subject line or reason “Privacy Request,” and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from email or opt out of text messages at any time as described in Sections 5 and 6.
