• Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and content on Facebook and Instagram
• LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, if you submit information through a LinkedIn form connected to Next to Nunn. Information submitted this way is collected through LinkedIn's platform and shared with us in accordance with LinkedIn's Privacy Policy
• Everything DiSC® and The Working Genius®, if you complete a paid assessment through Next to Nunn. Your responses and results are processed on the respective provider's platform, in addition to being processed by us

We use each of these tools solely to operate, improve, and market Next to Nunn. We do not permit these providers to use your information for their own independent purposes beyond what is described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our Site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even though we do not sell information for cash. 5. Email, Text Message (SMS), and Chat Communications

When you download a resource, subscribe to our newsletter, or provide your phone number through one of our forms, you may receive email and text (SMS) communications from Next to Nunn. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

NEXT TO NUNN sends both customer support and promotional messages to users who interact with the website https://www.nexttonunn.com chat widget. Customer care messages may include responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, or follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry. Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Each message type requires separate, explicit consent collected through independent checkboxes in the chat widget. Marketing consent is not combined with transactional consent, and neither is shared with third parties.

Reply HELP to any text message for assistance. You may unsubscribe from email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use GoHighLevel, or a successor platform, to manage our email, text, and chat widget communications.

6. Coaching and Consulting Engagement Data

If you become a coaching or consulting client, information shared during your engagement, including session notes, assessment results, and organizational information, is governed by the confidentiality terms of your signed service agreement, not solely by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to your general use of the Site and to information collected before an engagement begins.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@nexttonunn.com or (636) 757-1810 so we can remove it.

8. Data Retention and Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respond to your requests, or comply with legal obligations. Your data is stored within GoHighLevel, our CRM, email, text messaging, and chat platform, and within our assessment platforms, each of which maintains its own security standards. We do not store payment information directly.

You may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including through pixel-based advertising tools described above.
