Meet Erinn

Growth doesn't ask permission before it gets heavy.

Erinn Gomillion is a leadership development partner with more than a decade leading real teams through fast growth, tight transitions, and the moments that quietly wear leaders down.

The Story

I've carried the weight leaders carry. I know what it costs.

Sixteen years leading real teams, and I never once called myself a coach during any of them.

I managed a call center with more than 100 agents and 7 supervisors. I sat in the room during a major departmental transition, and I watched the department grow from 12 teams to 22, the kind of growth that looks great on a slide and feels like chaos from the inside.

Leadership gets heavier in ways nobody warns you about. Accountability gets fuzzy. Burnout goes quiet instead of loud. Decisions that used to belong to someone else just land on your desk, with no explanation of how they got there.

"I've carried that weight. That's what makes this work personal."

The Background

From leading teams to developing leaders.

Erinn spent her career inside fast-scaling operations in telecommunications and mass media. She supervised executive offices, hired and onboarded staff, and worked directly with HR through complex employee relations issues. She directed teams of up to 100 agents and 7 supervisors, aligning cross-functional workflows and managing high-escalation teams across two departments.

She built onboarding programs, troubleshooting guides, and training systems from the ground up, then watched them hold up under real pressure. She led enterprise initiatives spanning outage escalation, call quality, and service delivery.

Most of what she teaches now, she learned first under a headset, in a queue, during an outage nobody saw coming.

If this resonates, let's have a direct conversation.

No pitch, no assessment to fill out first. Just tell me what's going on, and we'll figure out together whether this is a fit.

What Drives Me

People, not just performance.

I love people. I love watching someone step into what they're actually capable of, and I hate watching someone struggle in a role when the right guidance could change everything for them.

The work I care about most is helping people move into the role they were made for, driven by their own growth, not someone else's expectations of them.

I don't show up as the expert with all the answers. I show up to observe, to listen, and to help you see what you already know but haven't been able to name yet.

What I Believe

The convictions that shape the work.

These are not taglines. They are things I have seen proven true leading real teams, under real pressure.

Empathy comes first.

People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Every conversation starts there.

Clear communication prevents most of the damage.

Most team breakdowns trace back to something that was never said clearly, or never said at all.

I follow through. Every time.

Trust isn't built in the promise. It's built in whether you actually do the thing you said you'd do.

Honesty moves people further than comfort does.

A half-answer feels kind in the moment. It doesn't help anyone grow.

Burnout isn't a character flaw.

Most leaders aren't lazy or broken. They're carrying more than the role was ever designed to hold.

The right guidance changes where someone ends up.

With the right advocate in their corner, people move from getting by to actually thriving.
