• Assessment responses and results, if you complete a paid assessment such as Everything DiSC® or The Working Genius®

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver requested resources, guides, or content to your inbox
• Send The Leadership Friction newsletter and related updates if you have opted in

• Coordinate and deliver paid assessments through our third-party assessment providers

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and content on Facebook and Instagram
• LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, if you submit information through a LinkedIn form connected to Next to Nunn. Information submitted this way is collected through LinkedIn's platform and shared with us in accordance with LinkedIn's Privacy Policy
• Everything DiSC® and The Working Genius®, if you complete a paid assessment through Next to Nunn. Your responses and results are processed on the respective provider's platform, in addition to being processed by us

We use each of these tools solely to operate, improve, and market Next to Nunn. We do not permit these providers to use your information for their own independent purposes beyond what is described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our Site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even though we do not sell information for cash. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, and you may contact us at amy@nexttonunn.com to request that we limit this type of tracking for you.

5. Email Communications

When you download a resource or subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive emails from Next to Nunn. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. We use Zoho Campaigns, or a successor email platform, to manage our email communications.

6. Coaching and Consulting Engagement Data

If you become a coaching or consulting client, information shared during your engagement, including session notes, assessment results, and organizational information, is governed by the confidentiality terms of your signed service agreement, not solely by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to your general use of the Site and to information collected before an engagement begins.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at amy@nexttonunn.com so we can remove it.

8. Data Retention and Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respond to your requests, or comply with legal obligations. Your data is stored within our CRM, email, and assessment platforms, each of which maintains its own security standards. We do not store payment information directly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information from our systems. You may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including through pixel-based advertising tools described above. To opt out, or to make any other request under this section, email amy@nexttonunn.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
