Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of any services, programs, events, and products (“Services”) offered by Next to Nunn, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in any of our Services, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one and group coaching
• Leadership masterminds
• Online courses and training modules
• Webinars and live virtual sessions
• In-person workshops and seminars
• Digital products and downloadable materials
   

The scope and format of each Service is defined in its corresponding sales page or enrollment agreement.

2. All Sales Are Final

No refunds will be issued for any reason. Due to the digital nature and scheduling requirements of our Services, all purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation level or circumstances.

3. Group Conduct Policy

When participating in any group environment (e.g., masterminds, group coaching calls, Facebook groups, or virtual platforms), all clients agree to:

• Maintain a respectful and professional tone
• Refrain from harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory remarks
• Respect others’ confidentiality and intellectual contributions
  We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or community without refund for violations of this policy.
   

4. Coaching Session Policy

For one-on-one coaching:

• If you miss a scheduled session without 24 hours’ advance notice, the session is forfeited.
• Sessions may be rescheduled only if the client notifies the Company at least 24 hours in advance.
• Unused sessions do not roll over past the agreed service term unless otherwise noted in writing.
   

5. Confidentiality and Disclaimer

All information discussed during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law. We honor your trust and the personal nature of what is often shared.

Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process. The client is solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and results. The coach does not diagnose or treat mental illness, nor provide professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or addiction recovery services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, materials, and methodologies provided are proprietary to Next to Nunn, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited without written permission.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• For recurring services (e.g., monthly coaching or subscriptions), payment will be billed as scheduled.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
   

8. Media Release

Unless you request otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to use your name, likeness, testimonials, or quotes for marketing purposes, including social media and promotional materials.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to any Service if a participant is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
